Visakhapatnam YSRCP MP MVV Satyanarayana has once again gained attention, this time due to his comments regarding a recent kidnap incident. In the political landscape, Narsapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju (RRR) has been vocal in criticizing YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister, through his regular “rachhabanda” sessions.
In response, MVV Satyanarayana found himself inadvertently involving YS Jagan in his defense against the allegations. During a press conference, MVV Satyanarayana discussed the land-related accusations against him and used the opportunity to respond to cases against YS Jagan. He stated that purchasing any amount of land is permissible as long as the proper stamp duty is paid, and that the government doesn’t object to this.
He questioned whether such actions can be labeled as quid pro quo. The MP further mentioned that cases against YS Jagan are comparable, asking the media to investigate and confirm the allegations against the Chief Minister. Satyanarayana also referred to past instances where Jagan accused his own father of questionable dealings.
MVV Satyanarayana’s comments, intended or not, have gained significant traction on social media. His statements indirectly hint at the possibility of quid pro quo involving YS Jagan and benami companies. In the run-up to elections, these remarks have caused unease within the YSRCP, potentially strengthening the opposition’s allegations.
Observers note that the Visakhapatnam MP’s recent statements have added more weight to the accusations against the government, creating further controversy within the political circles.
