Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao made an interesting comment in the press meet a short while ago. KCR said it was his plan to donate some amount to Amaravati construction from Telangana government side during the foundation time.

But he backed off in the last minute knowing that Modi just confined to giving Matti and Neeru to the capital. The CM said he did that so as not to annoy the Prime Minister.
KCR said that even Chandrababu and finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu also know about it. Is KCR trying to be nice with settlers with this statement? or Is he rediculing Chandrababu for not getting sufficient funds from the center?
