Who Is The Real Owner Of KCR’s Farmhouse?

KCR-Farm-House

KCR’s Erravelli Farmhouse is a famous name for the people across the state. Ever since the inception of the TRS (BRS now), KCR confines himself to the Farmhouse and it is the venue for many crucial political and administrative decisions.

Political opponents say the Farmhouse will be easily in 200-300 acres but there is no documentary evidence. The question now is – who wons the Farmhouse?

In the affidavit in 2018, KCR showed 54 acres of agricultural land in Erravelli village in his name. There is no mention of the farmhouse but political opponents say this is the farmhouse declared as the Agriculture land.

But even this land is declared differently in the current affidavit.

KCR has declared that he has no land in his name and showed the Erravelli Agriculture land in his family’s name.

According to the Affidavit, KCR’s family has a total of 62 acres, out of which 53.30 acres are agricultural land and 9.36 acres are non-agricultural land. KCR declared the property as belonging to the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF).

It is not known what is the reason for this change. Some people say it may be due to tax reasons.

KCR’s affidavit will obviously attract the wide attention of the Opposition and the media. Any mistakes in the Affidavit can disqualify an elected candidate. The Chief Minister may have taken extreme care while compiling the affidavit after consultation with the Tax and Legal Experts.
