
The Collectors Conference is the most important meeting in a state administration. The Government makes policies to govern the state but it is the official machinery led by the district collectors executes those policies.
So, the Collectors Conference happens once in every six months.

In the last collectors conference, we have seen the Chief Minister addressing the Collectors and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan sitting just beside him.
Pawan Kalyan was also given equal importance in giving directions to the Collectors.

But the two-day Collectors Conference concluded yesterday, but the Deputy Chief Minister is not seen around this time.
On the start of the first day of the Conference, the Chief Minister announced that Pawan Kalyan is missing the conference due to Personal Reasons.

He did not attend the second day as well.
It is surprising how Pawan Kalyan misses the official work for one reason or the other.
He skipped the Cabinet meetings on a couple of occasions recently. He is also not seen in the Assembly for most of the days.
On previous occasions, it was reported that he is unwell.
Pawan Kalyan is a first-time MLA and first-time Minister. He has lots to learn from these meetings, but somehow he is missing them.
Nara Lokesh has attended the conference for two days and is always seen taking notes and listening engrossedly.
Around the same time, we have seen him giving an interview to a Tamil Channel and tweeting about Hindi imposition.
This frequent missing from the Official Programs is giving a chance for Political Opponents to spread rumors about a gap between the alliance parties – TDP and Janasena.
Blue Media is busy churning out stories that something is wrong between Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu Naidu.
Janasena’s Number Two, Nadendla Manohar, has attended the conference on both days.
