For the last few months, there has been utter chaos in Pithapuram.
There were attempts to sideline TDP Incharge SVSN Varma from the constituency. It all started with Nagababu making veiled comments against Varma in the Janasena Formation Day Celebrations.

Later, we have seen Naga Babu visiting the constituency and not inviting Varma to the official programs.
We also saw TDP supporters making pro-Varma slogans in such programs.

There were speculations that the Janasena leadership is preventing Varma from getting an MLC position so that there are no multiple power centers in the constituency.
If that is true, Naga Babu is just carrying out the instructions.

But then, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan toured Pithapuram today.
He broke the ground for a 100-bed Government Hospital in the constituency ,and Varma is also present there.
Pawan Kalyan is seen calling Varma to come front when inaugurating the Plaque.
He is also shaking hands with Varma immediately after that.
Pawan Kalyan, who had previously started a center for women’s sewing machine training, tried to involve Verma there as well.
So, what is this strategy of dealing with Varma differently by Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu?
Is it like – “పిర్ర గిల్లి జోల పాడటం “? Or did Naga Babu just overreact as he always does?
It is to be noted that Naga Babu is missing from Pawan Kalyan’s Pithapuram tour today.
Only a few days ago, he was projected as the in-charge of Pithapuram to checkmate Varma.
Whatever it may be there is a positive sign that the issues are being sorted out.
Now we will have to see if Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan will honor the promise made to Varma.
Varma had sacrificed his seat for Pawan Kalyan and worked hard for the Janasenani’s victory by a record majority. It is justifiable that he should be made an MLC.
