The Private Schools Association in Tamil Nadu which were to be closed on Tuesday condemning the jailing of Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa finally backed off from the decision. They have decided not to go on with the bandh after they got a severe criticism for the decision of mixing politics, students and their education. Parents, Educational experts have condemned expressed concern over rubbing politics on to the students and the criticism finally put some enlightenment in the brains of the associations.
Even the examinations in schools and colleges were postponed. Several sections of Tamil Nadu society have come up in the support of the convicted corrupt Chief Minister calling it as a matter of Tamil Pride. The issue is so grave that the matter of the court hearing taking place in Karnataka went on to spill bad blood between both the states. On the other side, Jayalalithaa’s bail plea will come to hearing today.
