No Lesson Learned, Jagan Says Leaders Did Not Abuse!

YSR Congress 2024 election loss

The 2024 election defeat of YSR Congress has many reasons. A key reason is the arrogance shown by its leaders, as if they would remain in power forever.

The party drew criticism when they targeted Nara Bhuvaneshwari. Many people felt it was unacceptable to attack a woman who was never part of politics. This mudslinging turned out to be a big mistake.

Vallabhaneni Vamsi made such remarks in the media and later apologised. Ambati Rambabu made similar comments in the Assembly, and those videos are still available on YouTube.

Several YSR Congress leaders have admitted that their actions were wrong. People expected Jagan and his party to learn from the 2024 verdict, but that has not happened.

Recently, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy defended his leaders during a press meet on the Nara Bhuvaneshwari episode. He claimed he checked Assembly records and found nothing objectionable.

But instead of relying on official records, even a simple YouTube search would show the offensive language used by his leaders. Their words remain an embarrassment for the party.

Any leader would find it difficult to accept such behaviour. At the very least, Jagan should have avoided the subject. Instead, he chose to defend it, showing his support for abusive language.

Reports suggest Jagan feels secure when his leaders attack opponents with foul words. He even treats this behaviour as a test of loyalty. His latest comments reaffirm this belief.

Because of this attitude, people continue to distance themselves from YSR Congress. The lack of empathy for the party remains strong even today.

It is also important to note that Naidu’s boycott of the Assembly was different from Jagan’s. Even when Chandrababu Naidu stayed away, TDP MLAs continued attending sessions.

But Jagan Mohan Reddy has stopped his MLAs as well. Some YSR Congress MLAs are now secretly signing registers only to claim salaries and avoid disqualification.
