The chief minister of AP Jagan Mohan Reddy is evidently worried about the electoral trends in the state. The fact that he is looking to change as many MLA candidates as possible and has started the process three months before the polls itself clearly shows the same.
However, it is understood that Jagan is finding solace in one particular aspect and that is ‘rigging’ it seems.
Jagan commissioned a state-wide program with the name of “Praja Theerpu” recently as a part of which the volunteers and village secretariat employees sent out report cards for the common public to mark their verdict and rating on the Jagan government. Jagan planned to use this report card as the public assessment of his administration.
But the issue here for Jagan is that the volunteers and secretariat employees themselves are rigging the report cards and not even giving it to the public. They are scared that if the higher authorities will come down on them if the public reports poor marks. So they are filling the report cards themselves and giving good marks. They are then uploading his data to central control center.
Jagan, who is seeing these ‘rigged’ reports is finding solace in the positive results it seems. This has led to wild trolls on this program.
