The YS Viveka murder case has been haunting the YCP bigiwgs in ways they weren’t expecting. The longer the case drags, the worse it gets for the likes of Avinash Reddy, his father Bhaskar Reddy and Jagan Mohan Reddy himself.
Coming to the topic, Avinash’s father Bhaskar Reddy who is the prime suspect in the case applied for bail at the CBI court recent and got his plea rejected. He then challenged the judgement in the high court, hoping for a favorable result.
However, the latest news is that the Telangana high court has also rejected the bail plea filed by Bhaskar Reddy. The latter had filed for bail along with other suspect Udhay Kumar Reddy, and both their pleas got rejected today.
The high court stated it doesn’t intend to intervene with the CBI investigation and the orders of the CBI court regarding the bail plea are now upheld by the HC.
This comes as a major setback to Bhaskar Reddy who is currently in Chanchalguda jail along with the other suspect Udhay Kumar Reddy.
