EVM Mazaka, We Don’t Deserve 11 Seats, YSRCP Restarts

YSRCP leaders question EVM results

For the first six months after the completion of the Andhra Pradesh assembly election for chief minister, YS Jagan was elaborately criticising the EVM systems as he conveniently pushed the blame on electoral process.

But just as people started believing that Jagan came out of the EVM mania and is altering his plans, something strange is happening again.

YSRCP Senior leader from Dharmavaram constituency Kethireddy Venkat Reddy, who ended up losing the recent Assembly election, made a wild remark.

“ My defeat in Dharmavaram is suspicious. Our constituency people do not even know the BJP leader who contested here, but he still ended up winning. This is a clear case of EVM management. Or else, how can BJP which had been winning 600 votes in my constituency get over 1 lakh votes suddenly?”

Venkat Reddy stated that there might have been a few disturbances in Jagan’s administration in Andhra Pradesh, but he did not rule so badly to deserve the 11 seats mandate. He again blamed the EVM for this atrociously poor result in AP polls.

It is becoming blatant that the YSRCP has started to blame the EVM and are still in denial of the assembly election results. The longer this delusion period continuous for YSRCP cadre, the more internal damage they would sustain.

For instance, we have the recent Tamil Nadu result where Vijay’s TV did not even distribute money but won over 108 seats. If the public mandate is so clear, the EVMs and money management during polls will account for nothing.
