Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao claims himself as a staunch supporter of Jagan Mohan Reddy but whenever Dharmana comes before media he does a favor to the Telugu Desam Party.
The other day, speaking at a program in Parvathipuram, Dharmana admitted that its true power prices got hiked in Andhra Pradesh but attributed the hike to the increased usage that resulted in the purchase of power from the open market.
There can be reasons for price hikes but in the end, the hike and the pinch only matter for the public.
