The Delhi Liquor scam case came back to haunt YCP in ways they weren’t expecting. YCP bigwig Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy’s son Magunta Raghav was also arrested in the case a few months ago.
In a new development, Raghava Reddy has been granted bail by the Delhi High Court in connection with the Delhi Liquor scam case.
Raghav was granted bail on health grounds and he has been asked to report in front of the Enforcement Directorate officials whenever prompted.
Raghav cannot leave the country without prior permission from the trial court and he will have to submit his passport in order to enforce the same.
Also, he will have to report to the ED office in Chennai every Tuesday and Friday. He will also have to make himself available at the ED office in Chennai or Delhi if he is called for investigation and there is no exception in the same.
