At the end of the Yuvagalam Padayatra, TDP organized a big meeting called ‘Yuvagalam-Navasakam’ in Polipalli, Nellimarla. Talking at the event, Balakrishna mentioned that Lokesh, through the padayatra, voiced public concerns and overcame many obstacles.
Strong criticism was directed at the ruling government, labeled as inefficient. The decision to establish Andhra Pradesh without a designated capital, coupled with the neglect of Amaravati’s development, was condemned. The suppression of farmers who contributed land to Amaravati was highlighted, and the government’s failure to complete the Polavaram project within four years was also highlighted.
Balakrishna voiced grave concerns over the escalating drug mafia in the state. He expressed distress about the state’s overall stagnation, lacking new industries and employment opportunities for the youth. Balakrishna warned of Andhra Pradesh’s potential removal from the world map if irregularities persisted. He asserted that the state’s future is in the hands of the people.
