A massive protest erupted in Ashok Nagar, under the jurisdiction of the Chikkadpally Police Station, following the suicide of a 23-year-old female student.
Protesters claim she was driven to depression due to repeated delays and cancellations of group exams. The girl was originally from Warangal district.
The incident occurred at Brindhavan Hostel in Ashok Nagar, Chikkadpally. Amidst the protests in Chikkadpally, a suicide note has surfaced, which contains an apology addressed to her parents. However, there is no confirmation if the girl wrote the letter, and the cause of death is not mentioned.
