The state government has made a decision to ask the Supreme Court about granting regular bail to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in a case related to skill development.
Reports suggest that the government wants to challenge the high court’s decision in the Supreme Court. The CID, which filed the case against Naidu, says that the high court’s order goes beyond the rules for granting bail, as set by the Supreme Court before.
The CID also argues that the court’s way of handling the case is wrong. It talks about things that were not brought up by the people who made the complaint and were not supposed to be discussed.
