Former AP CM Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is imprisoned in connection with the AP Skill Development Scam. The ACB court denied bail to Chandra Babu, after which he approached the High Court. But, the vacation bench judge chose to withdraw from the session.
When CBN approached the High Court, his case was transferred to the vacation bench. When the matter was brought in front of the honorable judge on Friday, Justice Venkata Jyotirmayi declined to hear the case and withdrew from it, by saying, “Not before Me.”

As a result, the Chief Justice of the High Court will now decide which bench will be responsible for hearing Chandrababu Naidu’s bail petition.
