HC Serves Notices To YS Jagan

We are aware that MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju filed a petition in the High Court against the government of Andhra Pradesh.

The High Court has commenced hearings on MP Raghu Rama’s petition, accusing financial irregularities by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Notices have been served to CM Jagan, several ministers, officials, and 41 others as respondents. The hearing adjourned to December 14.

Raghurama’s petition highlights alleged financial misconduct in state schemes, advocating for a CBI investigation.
