The dream of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has finally come true, bringing spiritual joy to the entire nation. Ram devotees from both India and abroad, including everyday workers and prominent traders like Dilip Kumar V Lakhi, played a significant role in making this dream a reality.
Lakhi and his family generously donated land and an impressive 101 kg of gold, valued at Rs. 68 crores, for various elements of the Ram temple. Surat’s diamond merchant, Govinda Bhai Dholakia, also contributed Rs. 11 crores, while spiritual guru Morai Bapu donated Rs. 11.3 crores. Devotees from America, Canada, and Britain added Rs. 8 crores to the collection.
A person in Uttar Pradesh sold a 16-acre farm to contribute Rs. 1 crore, showcasing the dedication of individuals in fulfilling this long-cherished dream. The nationwide donation program, involving 20 lakh activists, collected an impressive sum of Rs. 2100 crores according to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s calculations.
