Telangana Chief Minister KCR recently addressed a public gathering in Shadnagar, urging people to consider the perspective and history of political parties and their candidates in the upcoming elections. He emphasized the importance of casting votes wisely, as they determine the state’s future.
KCR highlighted the need to elect capable individuals dedicated to working for the constituency. He referred to the historical background, mentioning the formation of Telangana and the delayed promises by past governments. KCR criticized the Congress party, attributing the setback of Telangana’s development to their actions in 1956.
KCR asked people to remember Telangana’s condition a decade ago, emphasizing that the separate state was only granted after his intense efforts and determined stance, suggesting that the central government yielded to the demand for a separate Telangana only after his resolute pursuit.
He urged voters to ponder over the past decade’s progress and consider the positive changes witnessed in Telangana under his leadership.
Assuring further developmental plans, including extending metro rail services and addressing local issues, KCR promised the implementation of the Dalit Bandhu program upon the formation of the new government.
