On the elections day in the Telangana state, a water dispute emerged at the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam. Now, there is an interesting development in the case. An FIR against AP Police has been registered in Vijayapuri Town PS. AP Police have been named as A1 in this Nagarjunasagar water dispute case.
It is a case of trespassing into the territory of Telangana and the complainant is the Telangana State Special Police Force. The Complaint stated that 13 gates were destroyed in the dam and the water was released to AP through the right canal.
