One Year Jail For Bandla Ganesh

The district court in Ongole ordered a one-year jail term for actor-producer-politician Bandla Ganesh in a cheque bounce case.

Getting into details, an individual named Jetti Venkateshwarlu filed a 95-lakh-rupees cheque bounce case against Bandla Ganesh. The Additional District Judge heard the petition today. Bandla Ganesh also attended the hearing.

Upon hearing the case, the ADJ ordered a one-year jail sentence for Ganesh and also asked him to pay the Rs. 95 lakhs in 30 days. Ganesh can appeal the court’s order within 30 days.
