One of the most anticipated upcoming projects in Tollywood is OG, starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan. This gangster drama is being helmed by Sujeeth.
The film is currently in the shooting stage. As per the latest update, the makers have decided to release the film on September 27. The producers wanted to take advantage of the huge holiday season which includes these key dates: September 28 and 29 for the opening weekend, October 2 for Gandhi Jayanthi, followed by school holidays for Dasara starting around October 3. The second weekend falls on October 5 and 6, while the third weekend coincides with the Dasara festival on October 12 and 13. On the whole, it is a very good business season for the film. Even Pawan’s Atharintiki Daaredi was released on the same day in 2013.
It is heard that Pawan is needed for about 20 days of the shoot and he will join the sets after the conclusion of AP Elections. OG is being produced by DVV Entertainment.
