Telangana’s Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy, has instructed officials to conduct the ‘Praja Palana’ program from December 28 to January 6, across the entire state.
Participating in a meeting at the secretariat this morning alongside district collectors and SPs from various districts, Revanth Reddy urged them to organize Praja Palana sessions in all villages and municipal wards, running from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
This initiative involves elected representatives and government officials engaging directly with citizens, and receiving their complaints and requests related to different government schemes. The government aims to streamline complaint redressal by bringing solutions directly to the people in their localities, eliminating the need for them to visit Praja Bhavan to submit their concerns.
