“Leo” marks the third collaboration between director Lokesh Kanagaraj and music director Anirudh Ravichander, following “Master” and “Vikram.”
While some consider “Leo” to have the weakest audio album among this blockbuster combo, it hasn’t had any negative impact. “Leo” carries significant hype due to the strong track record of the director, hero, and music director, all of whom are in high demand in the Tamil market.
Anirudh has demonstrated that, for action-based films, audio isn’t everything; his background music has elevated movies like “Jawan” and “Jailer,” despite not having chart-buster audio.
Therefore, the perceived weakness of the audio in their collaboration doesn’t matter much. If Lokesh delivers on the action sequences and Anirudh provides BGM in line with current trends, the hype surrounding “Leo” will likely to take care of the box-office.
