YSRCP chief YV Subbareddy dismissed rumors of mediating with Sharmila on behalf of CM Jagan during their recent meeting in Tadepalli. He clarified that discussions sometimes revolve around family matters with Vijayamma, emphasizing there’s no need for them to act as ambassadors.

Expressing confidence in people blessing Jagan for another term as CM, Subbareddy addressed uncertainties about Sharmila joining Congress, stating it wouldn’t pose a problem for the party. He highlighted strategic changes in candidates across many places to safeguard the party’s prospects in the upcoming election.

Subbareddy refuted claims of Vaikapa MLAs moving towards Sharmila, attributing some changes to personal reasons. Acknowledging challenges in ensuring justice within the party, he explained that seat changes are influenced by winning probabilities and opposition to specific candidates. He also noted the unpredictability of determining the exact number of position changes.
