The report is from the Education Department of Jamui district in Bihar, where the district education officer has taken strict action against all the teaching staff who were not satisfactory in their work. Seeing the terrible performance of teachers from different schools in the district, the officer ordered salary cuts to teach them a lesson.
As the report came out to the public, people appreciated the action taken by the officer, but there was a silly error in the report that made everyone chuckle. In the section where remarks were to be written, there was a typing error of “Bed performance” instead of “Bad performance,” which changed the whole context of the report.
