IPL 2024

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has struck a lucrative deal for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, selling four coveted sponsorship slots for a staggering combined amount of Rs 1,485 crore.

Among the fortunate companies to secure these slots are My11Circle, RuPay, Angel One, and Ceat.

Notably, RuPay stands out as the sole bidder committing to a three-year term, while the others have boldly invested in a five-year partnership.

The bids, submitted to the BCCI on Wednesday, mark a significant milestone in IPL’s commercial landscape.

Additionally, the board has sealed three associate partnership slots, extending the reach to My11Circle, RuPay, and Angel One.

Ceat, on the other hand, has clinched the strategic timeout partnership for an impressive five-year tenure, with a bid totaling Rs 240 crore.

However, amidst the fervent bidding, there were no takers for the coveted orange & purple cap and umpire partnerships, indicating a selective interest among potential sponsors.

As the excitement builds for IPL 2024, scheduled from March 22nd to April 7th, anticipation is high for cricket enthusiasts.

The tournament promises 21 thrilling matches across 10 cities, with each team slated to compete in a minimum of three matches and a maximum of five.

With such promising partnerships in place, IPL 2024 is poised to be yet another monumental success, blending sporting excellence with commercial prowess on the global stage.
