Indian Union Minister Nitin Gadkari shocked everyone as he came forward to express his desire to bring a law so that only Indian musical instruments can be used as horns for vehicles.
His exact words were, “We are planning to bring a law under which only the sound of Indian musical instruments can be used as a horn for vehicles”.

While it is a unique way to promote Indian music, the minister should remember not to put it at the top of his priority list, and reasonably so, considering the vast number of serious problems like road construction, pollution, EVs, etc., demanding the ministry’s attention.
With toll taxes unbelievably high in several places, roads breaking down just after construction, and bridges falling off in unbelievably short periods, changing the sound of horns should be the least relevant issue, considering the needs of the public.

Indian roads need to catch up with the rapidly increasing population to prevent the issue of severe congestion.
Until these things get sorted, talking about the music from horns is only going to bring criticism from the public.
