Mega tech giants like TCS, Wipro and Infosys have been facing the public heat for quite some time due to their own actions of visualising their employees as nothing more than replaceable commodities.
While these companies crave long working hours from their employees, forcing them to work on weekends and even Sundays, they begin to shy away when it comes to the pay quality of the same employees.

These companies are known to exploit fresh college grads by giving them jobs at meagre salaries of Rs.3.5 LPA.
What they don’t care to consider is that a decent flat in a good society nowadays costs about 3.5 LPA in cities like Bengaluru.

It’s not like the companies don’t know about this. These data-driven giants have every knowledge of the problem. They just fail to act on it because they lack empathy towards their employees.
These companies need to realise that their salaries are far from fair in today’s highly competitive world.

The authorities should also interfere in some way to ensure that employees get their fair share of pay from these corporations.
