An action sequence for Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming film Gunmaaster G9 reportedly took a scary turn when an SUV flipped in the air and crashed onto a parked van near the actor.
A video of the incident has been circulating on social media, drawing attention to the risks involved in filming high-intensity action scenes. Reports suggest that the SUV was suspended from a crane for the stunt before flipping and landing heavily on the van’s roof. Emraan Hashmi was standing close to the vehicle when the incident happened.
Fortunately, nobody was injured. However, the makers have not yet issued an official statement explaining the circumstances behind the incident.
Directed by Aditya Datt, Gunmaaster G9 also features Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Singh. The action thriller is scheduled to hit theatres on November 27, 2026.
