A video from Jaipur’s State Cancer Institute has gone viral, showing a female security guard, Seeta, beating Senior Nursing Officer (SNO) Mahesh Chand Gupta. The incident happened on March 2, and after the video spread online, the hospital started an investigation.
Seeta and other female staff members accused Gupta of harassment. They claimed he made inappropriate advances, asking them to meet him at hotels or apartments. When they refused, he allegedly threatened to fire them. Frustrated by his behavior, they confronted him, leading to the physical altercation.

In the video, Seeta and other women can be seen dragging Gupta outside the hospital and slapping him in the parking area. The hospital administration took note of the incident, and Superintendent Dr. Sandeep Jasuja formed a committee to investigate. The committee has three days to submit a report.
Gupta, however, denied the allegations. He said his job was to monitor contract-based staff and record attendance. He claimed many employees were frequently absent, and when he noted their absences, Seeta and her colleagues attacked him and made false accusations.
