RCB player Yash Dayal is entangled in POCSO case. A Rajasthani young woman has alleged that Yash called her to a hotel in Sitapura and sexually abused her on the pretext of giving her tips about cricket career.
The young woman complained to the police that Yash abused her for two years by blackmailing her. As the young woman was 17 when the abuse started, the police filed a POCSO case on Yash Dayal.
Meanwhile, another woman from Uttar Pradesh lodged a complaint with the police saying he recently introduced her to his parents saying he would marry her.
The Uttar Pradesh woman alleged that Yash Dayal used her physically, emotionally, tortured her for 5 years and had multiple relationships.
Yash Dayal got a stay from the Court asking not to be arrested. Yash Dayal is a medium pacer, known in domestic circuit.
He started his IPL career in 2022 with Gujarat Titans moving to Royal Challengers Bengaluru. He was part of the trophy-winning team this year.
