Chasing the target, Delhi made an aggressive start. Shafali Verma and Lizelle Lee added 89 runs for the first wicket and put Gujarat under early pressure.

Shafali scored 31 off 21 balls, while Lee struck 43 off 24 deliveries. Their positive approach ensured Delhi stayed ahead of the required run rate.

Gujarat spinner Georgia Wareham provided a brief fightback by dismissing both openers in the same over. Despite this, Delhi remained composed during the chase.
