According to reports, the pre-sales business for Coolie is currently a hot commodity in the trade and the pre-sales business for Coolie might even reach around 500 crores, potentially making it the highest pre-release business done by a movie in Kollywood.

Following the updates on Coolie’s pre-sales business, many trade experts on social media have responded that Coolie has huge expectations among audiences and has the potential to achieve the dream 1000 crore mark in Kollywood.
Furthermore, if Coolie doesn’t achieve this feat, no movie in the next few years is likely to achieve it in Kollywood. This is because Vijay is entering politics after Jana Nayagan, and Jana Nayagan itself doesn’t have much hype outside Tamil Nadu. Kamal Haasan is delivering back-to-back disasters, and Ajith Kumar doesn’t have a huge market in other territories.
