Ajith Kumar’s most anticipated film, Good Bad Ugly (GBU), directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is slated for a grand theatrical release on April 10th, with only a few days left until its release. The pre-bookings for the movie are now happening at a fast pace.
Recently, Adhik Ravichandran, in an interview, opened up that the response to GBU’s teaser made him panic because the teaser misled the audience into thinking that GBU would be a full-on mass masala package.
However, a movie can’t consist only of mass masala moments, and GBU will have strong emotional sequences along with a story that appeals to family audiences.
He also mentioned that after the teaser, he tried to be more careful and planned to deliver a convincing trailer for GBU that would also connect with family viewers.
After the trailer, there was even more panic — as the trailer was also well received by the audience, and it further increased the hype around the movie.
GBU has huge expectations riding on it, and it remains to be seen whether the film will meet those expectations, emerge as a blockbuster success, and become the highest-grossing movie of Ajith Kumar’s career on April 10th.
