Irumudi Effect: Tamil Hero’s Next Inspired by Ravi Teja?

Ravi Teja Irumudi inspires Tamil film buzz

Actor Ravi Teja’s film Irumudi directed by Shiva Nirvana was released in theatres on August 20th, and with positive responses from the audience, it is now doing a rampage at the box office.

Usually, when a specific theme of film becomes a massive success, other language filmmakers get inspired by it and shape a similar kind of film with the same theme. Because of this, a series of similar films gets dumped in a short span of time and only after that particular theme gets saturated, they try to crack a new formula.

Similarly, due to the massive impact of Ravi Teja‘s Irumudi, a Malayalam filmmaker is now collaborating with a notable Tamil actor for a film based on Swami Ayyappa.

According to speculations, director Vishnu Sasi Shankar, who is known for the film Malikappuram, is now going to collaborate with actor Jayam Ravi for a Kollywood film based on Swami Ayyappa.

Furthermore, there is also information that the shooting of this film is expected to begin soon and that the popular devotional song Pallikattu Sabarimalaiku will feature in an important sequence in this film.

In response to this speculation, many people on social media are suggesting that because of the huge success of Irumudi, many directors will now make films based on Swami Ayyappa and Jayam Ravi’s next film looks like just the beginning of this trend.

However, there are still no official updates on this and it remains to be seen whether Jayam Ravi and Vishnu Sasi Shankar will collaborate for a film based on Swami Ayyappa and if they do, how the project will take shape in the future.
