The telecom service business is one of the most competitive sectors. With every now and then companies evaporating or merging with another competitor just to survive, it’s evident that this sector shows no mercy. Since Jio came into this industry and redefined how to hook users, the rest of the competitors have had a rough time catching up.
Nowadays recharge packs are not only for talk times or SMS services. It heavily focuses on mobile data service which is often used for communication as well as consumption of content available through so many platforms. The merged company Vodafone-Idea, popularly known as Vi is bringing back the recharge pack which will include not only telecom services but also a free Netflix plan.
The prepaid plan of Rs 998 and Rs 1,399 offers unlimited calls and data bundled with a Basic Netflix subscription that will enable the user to stream Netflix through smartphones or TV. The 998 plan will have a validity of 70 days with unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day. It will also include 1.5 GB of data per day along with the promised Netflix Basic Subscription.
The 1,399 prepaid plan will include similar benefits along with 2.5 GB of data per data and the promised Netflix pack. This plan will have a validity of 84 days.
