A 17 year old teenager died after being kept at life support for days following a brutal beating incident outside his school in Nevada. Jonathan Lewis was trying to stand up for a younger friend who was being tortured by a mob of teenagers. Following his resistance, 15 young teenagers attacked him injuring him severely which ultimately resulted in the death of Lewis.
The incident took place on the 1st of November outside his high school in Las Vegas, Nevada. It has shocked the whole community which is in sorrow after the tragic death of the 17 year old.
Lewis’ father said that Lewis was attacked by a couple of kids at first but they weren’t able to hurt him enough so they all attacked him. He described his son as a quiet kid. They were even planning to move to Austin, Texas.
The video of the incident shows how brutally these young kids beated him. It has raised serious concerns around the whole community around how they’re raising their kids. This incident is a reminder that there’s a lot that is wrong and needs to be addressed.
Citizens are demanding strict action against all these kids. They want all of them to go on murder trial and serve the rest of their life in a prison.
