The Labour Minister of Germany Hubertus Heil has publicly appealed to science migrants from India to stay in the country and not get lured by the offers they receive from other countries.
There has been an exodus of numerous English speaking migrants from the scientific community in Germany and to avoid a scarcity of English speakers, the country wants to make sure the Indians stay as they constitute a very big population.
