
In a tragic incident, a car crash took the life of another Hyderabad student in the United States.
Mohammed Wajid, 28 years old, died in a horrific accident in Chicago, on January 28. Reportedly, the youth failed to stop at a posted sign at an intersection, slamming into a truck transporting grain.

The crash was so devastating that Wajid’s car split the grain container in half on impact. While the truck driver made it alive, the Hyderabad native was rushed to the hospital but didn’t survive.
The crash even triggered a fire in nearby fields, which firefighters managed to contain in time.

Telangana Congress Secretary Mohammed Shahabuddin took to X to mourn the loss and recognize Wajid involvement in politics. He served as a Youth Congress leader in Khairatabad and a member of the NRI Minority Congress Committee in the US.
A promising leader gone too soon, the Congress leader prayed for peace and comfort for his family and loved ones.
