Indian-American entrepreneur Amrapali Gan made headlines when she was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the famous adult content app, OnlyFans, at the age of 36. The London-based company, which was launched in 2016, gained significant attention during the pandemic as a platform for adult content creators to monetize their work.
Amrapali Gan recently announced that she was resigning from OnlyFans to pursue new opportunities. Keily Blair has been appointed as the new CEO of OnlyFans.
During Gan’s tenure, OnlyFans witnessed remarkable growth, with its user base surpassing 220 million globally and over three million creators on the platform. Additionally, the company achieved a significant milestone by paying out over $10 billion to its creators.
Gan, who was born in Mumbai and spent a considerable portion of her life in California, revealed her plans to launch a new venture called Hoxton Projects, which aims to redefine the agency paradigm by assisting founders and growing businesses in effective communication and marketing strategies to highlight their purpose and competitive advantage.
