A gang has been busted by police which has duped many Americans so far. The gang has been operating from India and targeted its victims in the USA. A fake call center has been busted by the police in Noida and many of the gang members have been arrested in the case. The raid was carried out by Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force and Noida Police.
Raids were conducted in the Phase-1 area of Noida. A total of 16 members of the gang has been arrested so far including 5 women. The police have also seized mobile phones, computers, monitors harddisks and mouse. The police received a complaint from a person in the USA about his money being transferred to an account linked to Noida.

After further investigation, police found that a fake call center was operational in Noida sector 3. The gang used to buy personal information of USA Citizens from the dark web and then used that to commit frauds.
Social security and other informations were used by the gang members who posed as genuine call center executives. The main accused in the case is still on the run.
