However, some take it too far and are literally ready to do anything for it, even if it’s a crime. This gives opportunities to frauds and scammers to cheat the system and the innocents.

An Indian immigration agent has pleaded guilty in a fraud case related to visa scam in Canada. He has been sentenced to 3 years in prison. The 37 year old used to issue fake admission letters to students in order for them to get a visa.
Getting a student visa requires having an acceptance letter from any recognised school or institution in Canada. He is associated with dozens of fake acceptance letters used to obtain visas.

The investigation, carried out by the Canadian border service agency, has led to his arrest. The fake acceptance letters were used between 2016-2020. The accused has already served some time in custody and would now serve the remaining 19 months in prison.
