Popular Tik Tok star Lilly Gaddis, who is famous for her “Traditional Wife” content, is facing a tremendous backlash, because she used the n- word on a video very casually.
This is a universal thing everyone knows, that the n-word has the ability to hurt thousands of people belonging to that race.
But, Lilly not only said the N word in a video but also used multiple racial slurs.
Not only backlash , she also faced a job loss from the Rophe of the Carolinas, because of the slurs she used in the video.
Her employer, Rophe of the Carolinas, a black female-run and immigrant-owned company, noticed the video and immediately terminated her employment.
This action once again raised a question about how public figures should be a little bit more responsible when it comes to the content they present.
Hurting someone’s emotions is not the way you should do it. Her video faced a lot of criticism for its racial slurs.
But after receiving such a negative audience reaction she remains unapologetic. In fact in an interview she said that she doesn’t care about any sentiment, she simply chooses to speak what her mind says.
Later on she released a fake apology video where she says that after this incident she did a deep soul search and realised that she doesn’t care about all this situation, she then posted a series of tweets where she once again used the slur.
