This Netflix series is an adaptation from a book called, “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder” which is a beloved YA novel. The plot centers on a teen who is determined to prove that her friend who was accused of murder is indeed innocent.
Apart from Emma Myers and Zain Iqbal, the cast also consists of talents such as Anna Maxwell Martin, Gary Beadle, Mathew Baynton, India Lillie Davies, Rahul Pattni, Henry Ashton, Mitu Panicucci, Orla Hill, Ephraim O.P. Sampson, Carla Woodcock, Yasmin Al-Khudhairi, and Jessica Webber.
It is hard to solve a murder case when everyone is a suspect and you’re a high schooler. This murder mystery seems to be presented as a twisted-who-done-it. Dolly Wells directorial venture seems to be a promising thriller.
