Akshay’s OTT Clash with Aamir Khan: Who’s Right?

Akshay Kumar disagreed. He said a three-month gap is enough, since OTT platforms pay huge sums for digital rights and must benefit from the deal. He added that poor film choices, not OTT, are hurting box office collections.

Currently, most films follow a two-month OTT model. With both veterans presenting strong arguments, the industry must now decide whether to extend or maintain the existing gap.
