Rakht Brahmand is a much speculated project by Raj & DK. The producers behind Guns and Gulaab, Family Man and Farzi are going to entertain us with this Netflix period fantasy. The series came into news since it was speculated that it will be directed by Tumbbad director Rahi Anil Barve. Now, a buzz around the latest development of its star cast has gathered much attention.
Initially it was rumoured that the star cast will be including Aditya Roy Kapur, Samantha and Wamiqa Gabbi. But recently this news has been gaining much hype that Ali Fazal, the Mirzapur fame, will be starring alongside Samantha. Does this mean the Aashiqui star Aditya Roy Kapur is removed from the project? Or is Ali Fazal a new entry into the ensemble? Much can’t be confirmed now but it is certain that the fans’ anticipation has skyrocketed with all this.
This new project of Barve was in pre-production for the last six months while he was already in the news for Gulkanda Tales that has been in making since 2.5 years. We know that he is exceptional when it comes to blending mythology and mystery in his works as we witnessed in Tumbbad. But with too much uncertainty about the name of the series and its star cast the fans are super confused. It’s time they release official statements and put the rumours to rest!
