Amazon Prime Video often faces criticism for certain features users dislike. Now, another issue has come up regarding top films not being available to stream in India.
Many popular films like Margin Call, The Company Men, and The Social Network are listed on Prime Video but cannot be watched in India. Viewers see a message saying, “This video is currently unavailable to watch in your location.”
Surprisingly, even Indian cinema’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is affected by this restriction.
When a user raised this on social media, the Amazon Prime Video team explained that geographical restrictions prevent some films from streaming in India.
It is unclear if Amazon will resolve this and make all titles available for Indian viewers soon.
