Rumours are circulating that The Family Man Season 3, starring Manoj Bajpayee and Jaideep Ahlawat, might arrive sooner than expected.
With the first two seasons exploring northern and southern India, the upcoming season is expected to delve into the eastern region, specifically Nagaland.

Fans began speculating about the location when actor Dalip Tahil, who is part of the new season, shared a scenic snapshot of Nagaland on his Instagram Story back in September 2024.
The image, taken from his hotel room, showcased lush green hills and a rainbow stretching across the sky. His caption, “Rainbow in my window, beautiful Nagaland. Family Man 3,” hinted at the show’s new setting.

Further fueling the rumours, Shreya Dhanwanthary posted a picture on September 19, 2024, alongside Manoj Bajpayee and Sharib Hashmi, with a caption referring to Bajpayee as their “number 1 man.”
The second season’s cliffhanger ending suggested that the upcoming season would revolve around the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, it appears that the narrative will shift towards Nagaland, giving us a fresh and exciting backdrop.

According to rumours, the new season is expected to premiere after IPL 2025, which concludes on May 25, 2025. Considering previous release patterns, this timing seems plausible.
