We have loved international shows that present a blend of time travel and thriller. Shows like Dark, Stranger Things and Umbrella Academy have fared well amongst the Indian fans who couldn’t get enough of the mystery and confusing time paralleling tropes. But wouldn’t it be amazing if an Indian show brings all that for us? Sikhya Entertainment and Dharma Productions will be joining hands again, after a successful Kill, they bring us this one of a kind thriller series.
The show is directed by Umesh Bist and it has stars like the recent Kill fame, Raghav Juyal with Kritika Kamra and Dhairya Karwa. The trailer has been released today and it shows how a dead walkie-talkie connects the present day police officer Yug with another police officer Shaurya from 1990 when they investigate a connected case of mysterious deaths. The time is ticking fast in this show as many hurdles are also set across the way.
Will the case be solved on time or will the two police officers succumb to a terrible fate? It will be revealed only on 9 August exclusively on ZEE5. The two timelines present an opportunity for double the thrill. If the show’s storyline and other details are handled well, it can become a South-Asian blockbuster ready to compete with international series of similar genre.
